UVGT has developed a versatile and user-friendly IML Die Cutting system specifically designed for high productivity of complex in mold labels. UVGT fully understands the complexity and responsibility in delivering high-speed production lines for in mold labels. The IML Presses come with many advanced features for the highest productivity and production of IML labels with options including gathering, banding, segregation, Multi layer conveyors and special handling for extremely hard to cut labels.
UVGT design and manufacture the finest rotary and flatbed hot stamping machines in the industry. All machines are equipped with Bosch Rexroth Servo Drives and motors and can be equip with Foil Savers, Differential Air Shafts, Holographic Attachments, Relief Hot Foil Stamping. The presses are designed to run at 150 m/min. with a Stamping force exceeding 500 tons on the large format presses. UVG can also carry out retrofit installations of Hot Stamping Units on most flexo, offset and flat bed presses.
